World's Richest Chuckwagon Cook-off


Chuckwagons serve up the best food!

One of the highlights of the Symposium is the world's richest chuckwagon cook-off with prizes totaling $12,000. Competitors are judged not only on their mouth-watering food, but on the authenticity of their wagons and attire.

Schedule: The Cookoff Competition will be judged Sat. at noon. Dinner for ticket holders follows.

2nd Annual Real Cowboy Biscuits & Gravy Competition

Wagons serving breakfast on Sunday Oct. 12 compete for $1500 in prize money.
